Christmas Closing and Delivery Information

Well it is certainly feeling like winter out there today!

As we roll into the Holiday period, you can find all of our important dates for Christmas closing, last delivery and shipping information below.

Online Orders

For online orders with a delivery address in Ireland, the deadline for delivery before Christmas is Tuesday December 17th. For orders to the UK or Europe, the order deadline is Monday 16th December. For international orders outside Europe and the UK, the order deadline is Monday 9th December.

We will continue to dispatch online orders until Friday 20th of December but we can not ensure delivery before Christmas after the dates listed above.

For canoe or kayak orders, the last order date for Christmas Delivery is also Monday 9th December.

Online orders for Click and Collect can be placed right up to Friday December 20th with the last day for collection being Saturday 21st December.

Christmas Closing

Our store in Mill Lane and our offices will close at 5PM on Saturday 21st December and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2025.  Our online store will be open throughout the holidays but please note, shipping of online orders will not resume until January 2nd. 

We will also be closing early at 2PM on Friday 13th December to give our staff a well earned afternoon off!

Extended Returns

Our normal returns policy states that unwanted products must be returned within 15 days. We will offer an extended returns policy of 30 days for any orders in December. For more information on returns you can check out our full policy here.
